Halloween Lunch Box Notes

So I have been sorting through my patterned paper lately, getting rid of outdated patterns and bitty pieces not worth saving. I came across a big stash of retired SU! Designer Series Paper. I'm not sure what year it was sold, but sadly it is long gone. So sad, because I was inspired tonight to make another set of lunch box notes for a class next week.

Thursday, October 11th at 6:00 pm in my craft room. Please RSVP by the day before the class.
Make a set of 10 cute little notes to tuck into a lunch box, back pack or purse of a friend or family member. You will make two of each of these designs for $5/set.

Regionals, part 4

Here are some random photos, really wishing I would've taken more . . .

Here is one of Patty Snyder, Becky Roberts, Christina Thornton and me in my SU helper apron. So happy we got to see Becky again, we are so hoping to get down to see her and Diane again sometime.

Patty and Christina checking out their swaps---ooh love the tags by Becky!!

This is Scott Nielson, the CFO at SU! He was helping our crew clean up at the end of the day. Nice guy!

This room looked a lot better with over 700 demonstrators in it about an hour earlier.

Packing up to go home. So full of excitement to share all the new ideas!!!  Be watching for lots of new classes coming up soon . . .

Regionals, Part 3

There was a swap contest judged by Shelly, winners won a $50 gift certificate. Patty and Christina were checking them all out when I took this picture.  There were a lot of good ones!!

Regionals, Part 2

I only had time to make up about 28 swaps to trade at Regionals. I knew I wouldn't have tons of time to swap, so I wasn't worried. I still got some good ones to share:

Regionals, part 1

We had so much fun at Regionals. I can't believe how much useful information they were able to pack into an 8 hour day. I was randomly chosen a few weeks ago to be a helper, so I even got to see some of the behind the scenes stuff. I was really busy, so I didn't get any pictures. Really bummed as I got to visit with lots of SU  staff, too. Here are some of the swaps from friends:

These cute tags were an added bonus in her swap. Love the packaging!

Here is Becky's swap card, really makes me want to get some embossing folders.
This card was a challenge for her to do with basically only one layer.

Christina Thornton made this one, she does wonderful collage type styles!

This card was made by Patty Snyder. Love the colors and the layout. Totally going to use this design soon!

This card is by Marie Ressler, my upline who lives in Seattle. We have't seen each other in about 7 years. Hoping we both make it to convention this summer.

SU Regional Projects

We made this 8x8 scrapbook page and the cutest set of note cards. We used very fun colors: Pool Party, Gumball Green, Going Gray, More Mustard. I am definitely going to pull these colors out again soon!

SU Regional Training in Tacoma today

Here are the 28 swaps I got done literally right before I left the house. Nothing like waiting until the last minute to get inspired. I haven't been to a SU event in years and I am very excited to see some stamping friends. Patty Snyder. Christina Thornton and I have to be at the Convention Center by 7:30 am. Hoping there is a Starbucks somewhere along the way!!!
