Simple Stamping

Here are some samples of some cards we made at a Stamp Club meeting a few weeks ago. I was excited to know that SU was re-designing the ink pads and was inspired to actually stamp again instead of just designing with paper and punches. I showed a few basic stamping techniques on some simple cards.

This one is just an image stamped in one color ink (Wysteria Wonder) and then cut out and mounted on the same color cardstock. I love mono-chromatic cards like this.

This image was inked and stamped once then restamped ("stamped off" in Certainly Celery ink) to get a lighter image set behind it. I then stamped a verse in Basic Black, mounted it on BB cardstock, and then a matching card.

For this last one I had them stamp one piece of Whisper White cardstock with three different images in three different colors (Wysteria, Old Olive and Certainly Celery), then they cut it into three equal pieces and mounted it onto a card.

The fun part of these cards was that they were quick to make and used limited supplies & materials.
